Vendors are independent sellers responsible for:

- Product legality
- Fulfillment
- Regulatory compliance
Eligibility
To use MYEZER, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Comply with applicable laws
MYEZER reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate shipping and contact information
MYEZER is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account access.
Product Information
Product listings are created by independent vendors.
While MYEZER reviews listings for quality, we do not guarantee:
- Absolute accuracy
- Availability
- Continuous listing status
If discrepancies occur, dispute resolution will follow our Refund Policy.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD or applicable currency.
Payment is processed via third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment, you authorize MYEZER to charge the selected payment method.
MYEZER reserves the right to:
- Cancel suspicious transactions
- Refuse service
- Correct pricing errors
International Shipping & Diaspora Markets
Because MYEZER serves global buyers:
- Shipping times are estimates only
- Customs clearance timelines are outside MYEZER’s control
- Buyers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs fees
Failure to pay customs fees resulting in non-delivery does not qualify for shipping refunds.
MYEZER is not liable for:
- Government delays
- Customs inspections
- Seizures outside vendor fault
Returns & Refunds
All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Refunds are issued only when approved under policy guidelines.
MYEZER reserves sole discretion in dispute determinations.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting MYEZER:
- Your account may be suspended
- Investigation will be conducted
- MYEZER may contest the chargeback
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
- Abuse refund or dispute systems
- Interfere with platform operations
- Attempt unauthorized access
Violation may result in immediate suspension or legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content on MYEZER, including:
- Logos
- Text
- Graphics
- Design
- Branding
- Software
Is owned by MYEZER or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Distribute
- Modify
- Use for commercial purposes
Without written permission.
Vendor content remains vendor-owned, but vendors grant MYEZER a non-exclusive license to display and market products on the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
MYEZER shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Emotional distress
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Customs-related issues
MYEZER’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product at issue.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
MYEZER disclaims all warranties, including:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
Except where prohibited by law.
Termination
MYEZER may suspend or terminate accounts:
- For policy violations
- Fraud suspicion
- Excessive chargebacks
- Abuse of services
Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to Terms: MYEZER may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
