Vendor Responsibilities
Eligibility
To use MYEZER, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, and comply with applicable laws. MYEZER reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials, all activity under your account, and providing accurate shipping and contact information. MYEZER is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account access.
Product Information
Product listings are created by independent vendors. While MYEZER reviews listings for quality, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy, availability, or continuous listing status. If discrepancies occur, dispute resolution will follow our Refund Policy.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD or applicable currency. Payment is processed via third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you authorize MYEZER to charge the selected payment method.
MYEZER reserves the right to:
- Cancel suspicious transactions
- Refuse service
- Correct pricing errors
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting MYEZER, your account may be suspended, an investigation will be conducted, and MYEZER may contest the chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
International Shipping & Diaspora Markets
Because MYEZER serves global buyers:
- Shipping times are estimates only
- Customs clearance timelines are outside MYEZER's control
- Buyers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs fees
Failure to pay customs fees resulting in non-delivery does not qualify for shipping refunds.
MYEZER is not liable for: government delays, customs inspections, or seizures outside vendor fault.
Returns & Refunds
All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Refunds are issued only when approved under policy guidelines. MYEZER reserves sole discretion in dispute determinations.
7-Day Return Window: Returns accepted within 7 calendar days from confirmed delivery for defective products, incorrect items, or damaged goods.
Intellectual Property
All content on MYEZER, including logos, text, graphics, design, branding, and software, is owned by MYEZER or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use for commercial purposes without written permission.
Vendor content remains vendor-owned, but vendors grant MYEZER a non-exclusive license to display and market products on the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYEZER shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, emotional distress, shipping delays caused by carriers, or customs-related issues.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform and products are provided "as is" and "as available." MYEZER disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.
MYEZER's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product at issue.
Termination
MYEZER may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud suspicion, excessive chargebacks, or abuse of services. Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to Terms: MYEZER may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

You agree not to:
Violation may result in immediate suspension or legal action.
Fraud Monitoring: MYEZER actively monitors for fraudulent refund claims, excessive chargebacks, vendor misrepresentation, and policy abuse. Offenders may be suspended or permanently removed.
