7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from confirmed delivery if the product is:
- Materially defective
- Differs from listing description
- Incorrect item delivered
- Damaged prior to delivery
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags & packaging intact.
⚠️ MYEZER reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Change of mind / incorrect size (if size chart was accurate)
- Custom / made-to-order items (unless defective)
- Items after the 7-day window
- Damage from misuse after delivery
Refund Outcomes
Refunds may be issued as:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Replacement
- Claim denial (based on listing accuracy, evidence, vendor response)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return Process
- Submit request via MYEZER account with photographic evidence.
- Vendor responds within 48 hours.
- If vendor fails, MYEZER issues a determination (sole discretion).
Shipping & Diaspora Markets
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Customs, duties, and government delays are outside MYEZER’s control. MYEZER is not liable for customs clearance delays unless caused by vendor documentation errors.
Import Duties & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local government charges. Failure to pay duties causing return-to-sender → shipping costs not refunded.
Customs Seizures
If an item is seized due to regulatory restrictions, prohibited category, or incorrect buyer documentation — refund eligibility evaluated case-by-case.
⚠️ Title & Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon confirmed delivery to shipping address. Proof of delivery by carrier = delivery confirmation.

We facilitate dispute resolution and ensure fair outcomes when vendors fail to meet standards. Our platform monitors all transactions for compliance. If a product is defective or misrepresented, we enforce refunds and vendor financial responsibility.

Chargeback Policy
If a buyer initiates a chargeback without contacting MYEZER first, we reserve the right to suspend the account pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination. MYEZER will contest chargebacks using transaction/delivery evidence.
Vendor & Fraud Rules
Vendor Financial Responsibility
If a refund is approved due to vendor fault (defect, misrepresentation, incorrect item, fulfillment failure), the vendor is fully responsible. Refund amounts deducted from vendor payouts. MYEZER may withhold payouts during dispute investigations.
Fraud & Policy Abuse Monitoring
MYEZER actively monitors for fraudulent refund claims, excessive chargebacks, vendor misrepresentation, and policy abuse. Offenders may be suspended, restricted, or permanently removed from the platform.

Legal & Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law: MYEZER’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. MYEZER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not liable for delays by customs, carriers, or government agencies.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This policy is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the US, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.
