MYEZER.com operates an e-commerce platform consisting of a website and mobile application together with supporting IT logistics and payment infrastructure for the sale and purchase of consumer products and services. These general terms and conditions shall apply to buyers and sellers on the marketplace and shall govern your use of the marketplace and related services.

By using our marketplace you accept these general terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these general terms and conditions or any part of these general terms and conditions you must not use our marketplace. If you use our marketplace in the course of a business or other organizational project then by so doing you confirm that you have obtained the necessary authority to agree to these terms.

You may not register with our marketplace if you are under 18 years of age. When you register you will be asked to provide an email address and password. You agree to keep your password confidential and notify us immediately if you become aware of any disclosure. Your account shall be used exclusively by you and you shall not transfer your account to any third party.

We may suspend or cancel your account at any time in our sole discretion without notice. If we cancel services you have paid for but not received and you have not breached these terms we will refund you. You may cancel your account by contacting us.

You acknowledge that the marketplace provides an online location for sellers to sell and buyers to purchase products. Unless MYEZER.com is indicated as the seller we are not a party to the transaction between seller and buyer. A binding contract for sale is formed upon the buyer’s confirmation of purchase.

The price for a product will be as stated in the product listing and must include all taxes. Delivery charges will only apply if clearly stated. Products must be of satisfactory quality and conform to their description. Sellers warrant they have good title to and the right to sell all products.

Buyers agree to processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms of MYEZER.com‘s Privacy and Cookie Notice. MYEZER.com shall process all personal data obtained through the marketplace in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sellers shall be directly responsible to buyers for any misuse of their personal data and MYEZER.com shall bear no liability in respect of any misuse by sellers.

We operate an anti-fraud and anti-money laundering compliance program and reserve the right to perform due diligence checks on all users. You agree to provide all information we may require to verify your compliance with these terms or as required by law.

You must make all payments due under these terms in accordance with the Payments Information and Guidelines on the marketplace. Store Credits may be earned and managed in accordance with our Store Credit Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw store credit rewards if we suspect fraud.

Promotions and competitions run by MYEZER.com shall be managed in accordance with specific Promotion Terms and Conditions available on our website.

Returns shall be managed in accordance with our Returns Policy available on the marketplace. Acceptance of returns shall be in our discretion subject to applicable laws. Refunds shall be managed in accordance with our Refunds Policy. We may offer refunds in respect of product price, shipping fees, or by way of store credits, vouchers, mobile money transfer, or bank transfers.

Returned products shall be accepted and refunds issued by MYEZER.com acting on behalf of the seller. For digital products, refunds shall be issued for failures in delivery only. Changes to our returns or refunds policy shall be effective from the date of publication.
